What's included in a subscription?
Both monthly and yearly plans include the same full set of Starr Creek Life features — medication reminders, appointment tracking, family schedules, pet records, vehicle maintenance, and more.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 7 days are free. A payment card is required. When the trial ends, billing starts automatically at your selected monthly or yearly rate, plus tax, unless you cancel before then.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Use the subscription management page in Starr Creek Life to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept credit cards and supported debit cards, including Visa Debit and Debit Mastercard. Our payment links also offer Apple Pay and Link.
